Children age five and six are invited to attend a Physical Education Summer Camp July 6-29 from 8:30-9:30 a.m. each day at the North Campus. The camp is designed to enhance your child's learning-related social skills. Early registration is April 20-30 and is $120; registration is May 1-31 and is $140; and late registration, after May 31 is $150. The cost of the camp covers a t-shirt, snacks, drinks, PE camp certification and parent-child event DVD.

The camp's mission is to enhance young children's learning-related social skills through participation in physical/movement activities in a physical education setting. Children will learn how to listen and follow directions, participate appropriately in groups, stay on task and organize work materials. Children should be able to take what they learn in camp and apply it to their real life situations at home, on the playground and in the classroom.
