1. Those whose classes meet across 2 or more periods may select an exam period but an announcement should be made of the exam date by April 2.
2. By agreement of the faculty, no student or class is to be given a final examination earlier than the scheduled time. The third exam period on Wednesday, April 28 may be used for any exam which is not administered during the scheduled time.
3. No student may be required to sit for more than 2 exams on any one day. If the student's schedule should result in three exams on the same day, the student may arrange with the instructor of his/her choice for a late exam in that course.
4. By agreement of faculty, if an exam is not to be given, the class must meet at the scheduled exam time.
